PACRIM 11 provides its Early Registration Fee until July 31, 2015 in order to generate discounted rate of the registration fee to those who are highly interested in the conference. Online Registration is highly recommended to all participants for the conference at the official website.

* Registration for Accompanying Persons
  • Accompanying includes only admission to welcome reception, refreshments, lunches and conference dinner. Those who have a nametag of Accompanying will not be able to enter the technical sessions.

* Registration for Authors and Invited Speakers and Invited Speakers
  • At least one author of each accepted abstract should register to the conference by Early Registration date in order to include the paper in the Final Program book and Proceedings.

* Registration for General Participation
  • Those who wish to attend the conference are urged to register before July 31, 2015 to obtain the early registration fee and asked to apply using the online registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Requests to change conference registration and cancellations must be made in writing and to be emailed to the secretariat.
- Please note that refund will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below
- The bank charges for the refund is on the registrants.
